WHO WE ARE

The right culture. The right leadership. The right timing.

Culture Timing exists to bridge the Gap - the gap between announcing change and changing how work gets done.

Our Story

Culture Timing was founded on a simple premise: most organizations don't struggle with strategy - they struggle with getting people to actually change how they work.

That belief is grounded in lived experience. After 24 years in corporate America, I saw firsthand how culture can make or break your experience, energy, and confidence. I worked in environments where values were clearly articulated - internally and externally - but not consistently lived by leaders. At times, it created a disconnect that left people feeling like the only option was to keep your head down, meet expectations as defined by others, and compete for stability, promotion, and pay.

I also spent years working across global teams in offshore delivery models, where cultural differences - both subtle and significant - created unintentional barriers to collaboration. What I saw, though, was just as important: when leaders became more intentional - investing in cross-cultural awareness, team alignment, and targeted coaching - those same teams improved how they worked together. Productivity increased. Engagement strengthened. Satisfaction rose. And the business results followed.

That gap isn't just frustrating - it's costly. And it's common.

That's the Transformation Gap: the space between announcing change and changing day-to-day behavior. It shows up when one or more forces fall out of sync:

  • ·Leadership Drift (leaders communicate the vision but don't reinforce it consistently)
  • ·Culture Drag (old norms override the new direction)
  • ·Capability Lag (people are expected to work differently without the skills, tools, or confidence)

The right culture. The right leadership. The right timing.

By "timing," we mean knowing what to align first, when to reinforce it, and how to build capability fast - so change becomes daily behavior and performance improves.
